Received sandals in ultimate condition. On Time, neatly packed. Great service. Size chart is a little big but kids can grow into them :-)
Bought a second pair as I was so happy with the first ones and product received does not match the picture. It doesn't have the little elastics in the back which was the MAIN reason I purchsed them. Very dissapointed.

I purchased these for my very picky 9yr old. She had a pair of black Reef flip flops that she wore down to nothing, so I took a chance and got her these because I couldn't find a plain black pair. Of course, she wouldn't wear these because "they have stars on them" So, I gave them to a friends daughter who wore them down to nothing! Reef has always made very comfortable flip flops. They have great arch support and are very good quality. If I can find them in a plain color I will get them for her again and would very much recommend Reef shoes.

I ordered and returned these 3 times and they were infant/toddler shoes each time, not Big Kid shoes. I complained to Amazon and they still sent me the wrong tiny shoes.
