Nice digital watchOct 20, 2011
By J. Parker I'm very pleased with this watch. I recently began looking for a watch. At first I was looking for a nicer analog watch but then realized that I really like the features of a digital watch (stopwatch, alarms, 24hr display, etc). I found some really hip/trendy digital watches that were FAR more expensive than this watch but lacked many features. So I settled on this one because I wanted a black(band), black (face), black (case/bezel). Set up was easy (the instructions are hidden in the plastic watch display holder). I can't attest to the long term durability as I just recently purchased. But I can say I like it so far. The face of the watch is very large, covers my entire wrist. Backlight works well.

Darth Vader digital watchOct 22, 2010
By Pimentón I'm really liking the fantastic appearance of this Shark Buzz by Freestyle. Its all-black look makes it the Darth Vader of my watch collection. It is billed as unisex, but I think its size and width of the band project a handsome masculine look. It's got some heft that gives it a feeling of quality.
The digital diplay lays out pretty sizable numerals that are easy enough to see even on the black negative display. In any case, the backlight with a cool blue cast works well in low light situation.
The vibrating alarm is a cool feature. It definitely gets my attention - without getting anyone elses. It's great to use in meetings or in a class without having everyone look over at you when your alarm goes off.
The modal line of of time and date, stopwatch, two alarms, two countdown timers are useful without haveing unuseable extra geeky digital features.
I think it's a great peice, practical and sporty looking.

It's big and buzzy. . .Sep 22, 2011

I bought this as a morning alarm so I wouldn't wake up my wife. When I it arrived and I tried it on, I thought the vibration was not nearly strong enough. However, in practice it easily awakens me every morning.
Now, you've got to realize, this is a big, manly watch. It's kind of heavy, and the face is pretty wide and thick. I've got really small, scrawny limbs and this thing looks like a crazy novelty watch on my bony wrist. But since I have no plans to wear it in public, only my wife laughs at me. So it's good.
Also, despite my diminuitive proportions, the strap actually has plenty of holes to tighten all the way down on my arm. Heck, there are even 2 more holes I don't need. That's way unusual for a watch. They usually fall right off of me.

Great WatchNov 08, 2010
By Charlie I have had no issues with the watch I purchased. The watch is easy to set up, easy to read, and it looks great. I love the buzz feature because I have narcolepsy, so I can set an alarm at work without having any audible noise. My only complaint is having to reset the countdown timer after every use. That is minor and easy to do, so it really is not a very big deal. This is a great watch.
